4 General Contracting Conditions
4.1. Contracting our services requires prior acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4.2. Specific rates and conditions will be established in the particular contract signed with each client.
4.3. The client guarantees that the delivered merchandise complies with all current regulations and that they possess the necessary documentation for its storage and transport.
4.4. Storage of hazardous, flammable, explosive materials, weapons, illicit substances, or any product that violates current legislation is prohibited.
5 Prices and Payments
5.1. The prices of our services will be those established in the commercial proposal accepted by the client.
5.2. Payments will be made as agreed in the contract, generally through bank transfer.
5.3. Non-compliance with payment may result in suspension of services until regularization.
6 Liability
6.1. TRANS TORMESA SOCIEDAD LIMITADA undertakes to provide services with the required diligence and professionalism.
6.2. The liability of TRANS TORMESA SOCIEDAD LIMITADA is limited to the value of the affected merchandise, with a maximum limit established in the contract.
6.3. We are not responsible for delays or incidents caused by third parties (carriers, customs, etc.) or for force majeure causes.
